A wee bit of dream work history...

Dreams have been used for thousands of years as a way to connect with the self, and improve health.

In Ancient Egypt, dream temples were built as sacred healing spaces for all. Hypnosis was performed to help people access their dreams, find the treatment they needed.

These sleep temples were also quite popular in Ancient Greece. They were spaces to honour and connect with Asclepios, Greek god of healing.

Indians, Tibetans were known to work with the oneiric world in order to reach enlightenment.

Shamans, from all parts of the world, still are connecting to dreams in order to bring back special diamonds to their patient's consciousness, empower and cure them.

Many famous names have been studying or writing about this practice for years. Plato, Jouvet, Freud, Jung, amongst many others, tried to expose how dreams can be so much more than what we give them credit for.
